Blog Entry Date Apr 13 2007, 11:29 AM. Wouldn't it have been so great for
Luzerne County if Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes had been home during
the "surprise police raid" and had both been killed? There wouldn't have
been a big spot light shinning on Luzerne County Pennsylvania and the
world wouldn't have found out that a Judge was selling kids to a juvenile
detention facility for kickbacks.
